GET2theEVENT allows riders to avoid the traffic and limited parking struggles at area venues and save money on the fuel and parking costs! We work with big names like LiveNation, EDC, Coachella, BottleRock, Beyonce, 49rs, Raiders, Oakland A's, Warriors, Wild 94.9, iHeartRadio, and many more.

GET@theEVENT offers the convenience of online booking for your GET2theEVENT tickets on our online site www.Get2theEvent.com or your smart phone. We guarantee your own individual seat on our luxury vehicles, motor coaches even have bathrooms onboard, and let riders have peace of mind that they will have a comfortable and convenient way to get to the game or concert.

Riders simply book securely online and bring the booking confirmation to their designated pickup location at the specified departure time identified on the confirmation and off they go. At the end of each event riders meet at a predetermined, designated pick-up location and their vehicles depart 30 minutes after the event official ends.

How do I book my GET2theEVENT seat/package?

We offer the convenience of online booking for your GET2theEVENT package on our online site www.Get2theEvent.com or your smart phone. Should you run into any issues with your booking or need assistance with your booking you can contact us at (855) 848-6556.

Will I be guaranteed a seat on the bus?

Yes, we guarantee your own individual seat on our luxury vehicles. Avoid cramming into public buses and trains, with your GET2theEVENT shuttle pass, you get to sit back and relax. We want you to have peace of mind that you will have a comfortable and convenient way to get to the game or concert.

What do I need on event days?

At the time of booking please remember to print your GET2theEVENT e-Ticket which will be e-mailed in the confirmation of your online booking. Please bring the booking confirmation with you to the pickup location at the specified departure time identified on the confirmation. You will need to hold onto your bus confirmation page because it will be used to scan you back for your return trip. Please bring your picture identification – Driver’s license - with you. Depending on the location our trained bus driver or onsite GET2theEVENT staff will scan your ticket and assist you with loading onto the bus.

What time should I arrive at the pick-up location?

Please note the GET2theEVENT will depart at the scheduled departure time. You will be notified by either text or email you provided at the time of booking about any schedule changes and departure time updates. Please arrive at your pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time listed on your GET2theEVENT e-Ticket confirmation.

Can I leave my belongings on the motorcoach?

There will not be an opportunity to leave items on the vehicle. We will require that all riders remove their personal items from the bus upon arrival to the venue. In many cases you will not be riding in the same seat or even vehicle on our return transfer to your final destination.

Ride policy for children under the age of 2?

Children under two years old, when accompanied by an adult passenger and not occupying a seat will be allowed to ride free.

What do I need before boarding after the event?

In order to ensure we don’t miss anyone at the end of the game, we will be re-scanning your confirmation page you used to board the bus. Please don’t lose your original e-Ticket. If you have lost the ticket, please speak to GET2theEVENT staff when you arrive at the stadium.

How long will the motorcoach wait after the event ends?

The motor coach will depart 30 minutes after the event officially ends, or when the bus is full / completely checked in.

What do we do if we miss our motorcoach?

If you missed your GET2theEVENT bus after the specified pick-up time, then you will need to find an alternate form of transportation to the event. Your seats will still be available for the return trip, simply meet the bus at the locations specified below.  There will be no refunds if you miss the bus or wish to cancel within 24 hours of the pick-up time.

Can we use a car seat for an infant?

Car seats are not permitted on motor coaches due to the vehicle’s incompatible seating design with proper and safe car seat placement.  Ticketholders assume all of the risks of the non-use of child car seats and all activities associated with the failure to use such a seat.

Where will the motorcoach be after the event ends?

The driver will provide this information as pick-ups and drop-offs differ per event/venue.

Are there restrooms onboard?

Not every vehicle will have a restroom onboard. Most vehicles are equipped with restrooms, but it is best to use facilities near the load zone prior to departure.
